To my sweet, little Eliza on your second birthday,
I cannot express the joy you have brought
into our lives! Grandpa and I are delighted that you live so close to us
and we can enjoy you several times a week. You are a treasure.
As I contemplate your second birthday, it
seems impossible that it's here already! How can you be two whole years
old? It's incomprehensible.
I look forward with caution (not wanting
you to grow up any faster than you are) to a continuing relationship
with you... building on the foundation we've already established...
allowing the Lord to give us one of the most beautiful
grandma-granddaughter relationships ever.
You are such a treasure to me, little girl.
I pray for God's highest and richest blessings on your life... favor from this day forward from your Creator.
